MAKE: Weed Chocolate...

ingredients needed:

1. Chocolate chips ( i used nestle semi - sweet )
2. Whole milk or Half and half ( i used half and half, highest fat content but whole milk will work 100% fine too ).
3. 5grams ( approx ) of bud - i used pretty good mids.
4. Strainer, Pot ( preferrably with lid , helps alot ) , wisk/spoon/fork.
5. Measuring cup
(optional) Butter ( 2 or more tablespoons, adds even more fat.


Starting off:

Let me say this now so i dont forget, i used 1 cup of half and half in the beginning, actually a little more then a cup. It then evaporated down to approx. 1/5th a cup after, so i added some reg. milk to the chocolate mixture just so i can make more chocolate, if i were to use that without the added milk since it was only 1/5th a cup, youd only have to eat like one bite to get baked, i want alot of it though.

Step 1: Put the stove on 5 or so ( medium heat ) and place pot with 1 ( or maybe like 1 and 1/4 th cups ) half and half or whole milk.

Step 2: Put lid on, wait for it to boil. Should take around 8 minutes. You dont want to put the milk on High heat , that will shock it.


Step 3: Once boiling, turn down the heat to 3 and 1/2 or 4 ( a little lower then medium ) and add the 5 grams of BROKEN UP/GRINDED CANNABIS. ( This is also where you can add an optional 2+ tablespoons of butter for added fat content )

Step 4: (Optional) Write down the times! Time added and time you'll take it out so your little stoner mind of yours won't forget either.

Step 5: Stir every minute or two ( tops ) YES every minute-minute and 30 seconds!

Step 6: Once your time is almost over with, stirring minutly, i used half and half and 2 tbsps of butter, and it looks like this - get your strainer out ( cheese cloth would probably work good too - take my advice, coffee filters don't work ):

Step 7: Use the measuring cup already used to measure out the milk/half and half and strain out the liquid from the bud.

Step 8: Clean the pot which should now have nothing in it, all mostly clean milk/half and half should be in the measuring cup. Do a good job cleaning the put as you dont want bits of bud in your chocolate, just makes it worse.

Step 9: add your strained liquid to the clean pot back on your stove on 2 and 1/2 to 3 ( between low & medium ). Stir if needed. Then one handful at a time, add chocolate chips :

Step 10: Keep doing so until its pretty thick and smooth while stirring continuously so the chocolate. don't burn! It should like similar to this ( I know it looks purple, not good lighting AND camera phone don't mix well ) Its brown and pretty thick.

Step 11: Pour onto paper plate and freeze overnight.



Keep frozen until eating.

- 99% of the people who eat it don't mind the taste and kinda like it.

- From my experiences and my friends, anywhere from 1hr to 2 and a half hrs.

How much should i eat/doses?
- Not too sure, eat it all, I, think if you but 5gs into it, look at your overall product - if you want to eat 1 then approximate 1/5th of the chocolate , cut and eat.
