Oven Racks Cleaning Tip

I know it's not a recipe but it's a good tip on how to easily clean your oven racks from all that burnt on grease.

Put your oven racks in to a black garbage bag then pour in 1 cup of ammonia then tie up the bag and leave it over night. You will find them clean and all you need to do is just rinse them as you would normally when do the washing up

or

Put oven racks in laundry tub with hot water and clothes washing powder, let soak and wipe off
